Forever testimony

MY FOREVER TESTIMONY
My name is Siba Jumba, I joined forever on the 23 April 2014 I am a single mother to a beautiful11 year old girl. I work for a state owned company in Sandton. In 2013 I decided to add my mum on my medical aid as a beneficiary I don’t have benefits at work and we were with Discovery Health at that time, in Sept 2013 my mother was turning 69 years and she has never been in a medical aid before.
So you can imagine what is her later joiner penalty. After all debit orders my bank account will be on a minus, and for food and fuel I will not have even a cent or wait for my FNB credit card to update, and RCS card so at least I can push first week of the month. I was concerned about my situation I tried number of business that never materialised. I used to see Nqobile posting and she posted that she was paid R40k that particular month I asked her how did you do it. She sent me information on how to start. As much as I decided at that point to start I never asked about presentation I know I am selling “yellow sgubhu”
I asked for catalogue and price list she sent me. Mind you I never met this Nqobile she is in Durban and I am in Jhb. I took catalogue I gave all my colleagues that please support my business I am selling they placed orders. On the 23rd when we got paid all debit orders took their money. I went to the bank I reversed all of them so that I can buy my first stock. My situation was not giving me any option because things were getting worse month to month I had to act. I came back at work after lunch I did my deliveries. People paid me, I went back to depot same day to reorder I delivered the next day stock was finished. I bought on the 24th as well. I managed to pay those debit orders that I skipped.
I never looked back I learned from Nqobile and other managers that we build a team and recommend products I build by team June 2014 I became a Supervisor. I never looked back in 2015, I decided I am not getting any younger it is time I buy home for my child I did shopping I applied at the bank for home loan of the apartment I loved. The bank replied that I need to have at least R2500 more on my surplus, I said – Yeah I have extra income they said I must send a proof. I sent them the bank statements and bonus recaps (payslips) within 30 minutes my bond was approved. I paid a deposit of R80k upfront and my car was paid off by Forever.
My daughter attends extra mural activities and extra lessons, I was never going to afford if I was not a serious FBO.
I am now a recognised manager in the business earning R60k+ monthly. I use products like crazy, I share the business opportunity with others, I share the goodness of our products to everyone. I love Forever it has made me to believe in myself, I am confident on what I do helping other people to achieve greatness. I am working towards qualification to go to a fully paid expense trip in Dubai April 2017 and Barcelona, Monte Carlo and Rome cruise.
Recently I qualified for level 1 car incentive meaning on top my crazy income FOREVER pays me I get R5200 for car incentive for 36 months.
I fired BJ to do Forever on a full time basis my last day is 18 November 2016 even the sky will not limit me.
I am an ordinary person but I always feed my mind with positivity, wealth is a mindset.

9 iconic growth hacks tech companies used to boost their user bases

9 iconic growth hacks tech companies used to boost their user bases

John McLaughlin is a start-up founder and entrepreneur based in Manhattan and a writer for Fueled, a mobile development company based in New York City.

These days, it seems like some tech companies go from zero to a million users overnight. The growth of these firms — Airbnb and Uber might service as recent examples — can seem magical… but it’s not. What’s the so-called magic sauce for these companies?
To attain this kind of rapid growth, it’s imperative to look outside of typical, run-of-the-mill marketing strategies like paid advertising and to start thinking creatively about how to engage users and spread the word about your site. Below are some examples of growth hacks that have helped some of the countries largest tech giants get where they are today.
1. Hotmail’s “Get Your Free Email at Hotmail” Tagline

hotmail

Rather than blowing its marketing budget on advertising, groundbreaking browser-based email service Hotmail elected to leverage a free resource it already had— existing users.
Hotmail already had about 20,000 users one month after launching in 1996 and it opted to market its service directly to the friends, family and colleagues of those users by employing a simple strategy: It added a tagline, “Get Your Free Email at Hotmail,” at the end of each existing user’s outgoing mail.
When a Hotmail user sent out an email on his or her account, the recipient could click on the tagline link, which would direct them to a page where they could set up their own account. As a result, the company userbase not only skyrocketed to 1 million users within 6 month, but the email startup also executed one of of the web’s earliest growth hacks (though the term wouldn’t be coined for another fourteen years).
2. Paypal’s eBay Dominance

paypal

Half platform hack, half “fake it ‘til you make it,” PayPal, founded in 1998, managed to gain a remarkable degree of traction by manufacturing its own popularity on eBay. When it figured eBay as a vital distribution platform, eBay created a bot that purchased goods on the auction site using only PayPal as a payment method.
Seeing the increasing popularity of PayPal for payment, eBay sellers began offering it so they didn’t miss out on sales. Not only did this make Paypal seem more popular than it was, it got sellers to actually use the service, helping them realize it really was a more convenient payment method.
3. YouTube’s Embed Code

youtube

Another classic example of platform hacking: YouTube chose to focus on MySpace as a means of reaching its target audience. At the time, in 2005 with nearly 25 million unique users, MySpace was the top social network, particularly for bands and their fans, but sharing videos on the site was next to impossible.
Other video sites like YouTube had avoided allowing blogs and other sites to embed their videos because they wanted to keep the traffic on their own sites – plus, they didn’t want to pay the hosting costs associated with supporting traffic to other people’s sites. YouTube shouldered the cost in exchange for a huge boost in brand recognition. That initial traction helped it grow into the powerhouse it is today, with over a billion users.
4. Dropbox’s Referral Program

dropbox

When Dropbox was first starting out, it experimented with paid ads and found that the cost to acquire a new customer was much higher than the average customer lifetime value, which is a sure way to run out of money before reaching profitability. It chose to look elsewhere for growth, designing an easy-to-use referral program that awarded 500MB of free Dropbox storage space to each party pending signup.
Not only is this 1GB of space far cheaper than paid advertisement, but referrals from friends are also much more trustworthy than anonymous ads. Dropbox sent out 2.8 million of these direct referral invited in April 2010.
This example of a low-cost, high-impact growth hack – that accomplished the difficult task of making a file storage system seem like an exciting, and exclusive, club – increased Dropbox signups dramatically. In a 15-month period, the company went from having 100,000 users to having 4 million users.
5. Facebook’s Closed Network

facebook

No single hack can possibly be responsible for the remarkable growth at the social network giant Facebook. Nevertheless, this initial hack helped to start them off on a solid foundation that made later growth possible.
Beginning as a contained network (versus the free-for-all that was Friendster) and then slowly expanding—from Harvard, to a handful of colleges, to all colleges, and so on—allowed Facebook to remain at critical mass at every stage of growth. The fact that it was a closed network made it seem exclusive, increasing the appetite for it from socially hungry college kids.
6. Twitter’s Recommended Followers

twitter

Sometimes, the greatest growth hacks can see obvious in retrospect, but many tech companies overlook obvious ways to increase the virality of their products. In the early days, Twitter had a bit of a retention problem—new users poured in, but very few actually engaged with the site and became active users.
Rather than investing in the standard retargeting ads or email newsletters, the company attempted to figure out what it was that separated those who kept coming back and those who joined and never returned. It learned that following at least five to 10 accounts resulted in a much higher likelihood of engagement so then Twitter rebuilt a new user experience to encourage following others. The positive impact on its retention was dramatic and instant.
7. Airbnb’s Craigslist Cross-Posting

airbnb - andrewchen.co

Yet another example of a platform hack, a simple yet brilliant bot allowed users listing their properties on the fledgling rental space Airbnb to cross-post them to Craigslist in one click.
Taking advantage of Craigslist’s well-established user base not only allowed Airbnb to get its name in front of as many new users as possible, but it also helped to ensure that the properties they listed for rent were booked more often—making listing with them more lucrative for users.
8. Pinterest’s Invitation-Only Signup

pinterest

Taking a cue from Facebook’s early growth, the social bookmarking site Pinterest was initially invitation-only. Anyone was free to request an invitation, after which they received an email notifying them that the waiting list was long but they’d be allowed in as soon as possible.
Whether or not this was actually true, it served to generate buzz and made Pinterest seem that much more desirable to early users.
9. Instagram’s Cross-Posting to (Almost) Any Platform

instagram

Taking the platform hack concept to another level, Instagram made it quick and easy for users to cross-post to Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Foursquare, and more.
This was undeniably good for users, who struggled to post mobile photos to Facebook in those early days, but it was also good for Instagram, whose distinct-looking photos started popping up across various social platforms, serving as a free advertisement for the app.
While the growth of these companies may seem magical from the outside, the key to expanding your business at the same rate may lie in just a couple of strategic choices, whether it’s deciding to leech off the success of another company (a la YouTube and MySpace) or simply building mystique for your start-up by allowing only a few users in at a time (a la Facebook and Pinterest.)
Often, a small tweak in the way you operate can make the difference between being a $1 million company or a $1 billion company. However, as the examples above show, growth hacking won’t get you all the way. If you want sustainable, authentic growth, and not just a temporary spike in new users, you need to have the goods to back it up.

How to crush it in Health and wellness MLM (Ray Higdon)

https://rayhigdon.com/4-tips-to-crush-it-in-a-health-and-wellness-mlm/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=SocialWarfare

Are you in a health and wellness MLM and want to CRUSH it?
Here are four tips your upline probably didn’t tell ya but will help you build that wellness empire.

We Love Health and Wellness MLM Products

My wife and I are NOT in a health and wellness MLM but we do support the profession by buying several different products. Please don’t take that as a green light to send us a ton of samples as we are happy with what we buy but we do love the products put out by good health and wellness MLM companies.
Yesterday we had some interesting things come to us from some different leaders in the network marketing profession, it was a little strange to be honest and a little disheartening but when life hands you lemons….
I talked about it on my Facebook post below
So let’s get the party started…

Four Tips to Crush it in Health and Wellness

  1. Educate more. Education is NOT telling people about your proprietary blend of twigs and berries, it is about providing education that is valuable whether they buy your thing or not. Jason Fried in his book “Rework” says “Out-Teach your Competition”. The average networker in a health and wellness does very little to zero actual education that ISN’T product specific. If you become a health and wellness authority, people will buy from you and you won’t come across as someone just pitching their product. You can educate people by following my model of “Invest, Learn, Teach” or ILT. You invest your time and possibly money to learn something (from a book, webinar, course, seminar) and then you teach from your notes and what you learned. We will get more detailed in the below points.
  2. Pay Attention when checking out at the grocery line. Here is a sales and marketing secret that I have shared at different events over the years. The magazines that are at the counter at any grocery store are the highest selling magazines in the store. The reason they are the highest selling magazines are because those magazines employ good copywriting and headlines. Copywriting is the art of sales in the written form. Copywriting is one of the most highly paid skills that exists in all of marketing, our last copywriter we paid almost $20,000 for a sales page (but it has made us over one million dollars). USE THE HEADLINES IN THESE MAGAZINES. Headlines on the front of a magazine are not unique or proprietary and you can use those same headlines for your blogs and videos. Instead of coming up with titles yourself, look at the headlines they use and pick ones that are congruent with what you are offering then shoot a video sharing education around that headline. Your video views will go through the roof. Make sure you have a call to action in the video so people know to reach out to you.
  3. Get your friends to support you in buying the product. Lisa Grossmann and Curtis Broome are great friends of mine and teach this strategy. Too often people get into network marketing and hammer their friends and family with becoming business builders. That isn’t natural but what IS natural is your friends and family supporting you by buying product from you, IF you position it correctly. If you were selling calendars or selling girl scout cookies you would approach your warm market and it wouldn’t be weird, they would support you. But most networkers try to turn their warm market into juggernaut million dollar seeking network marketers and for MOST people, that is a weird conversation. A simple “Hey, I am selling these products that are really helping people with X, Y and Z, can I count on you to support me and at least get a 30-60 day supply to test out to see if you like it? If you don’t like it after 30-60 days then I won’t ever bug you again about it but I do think you will love it. I need testimonials and would love to have you try these things out” I would suggest AGAINST loading them up with free samples, get them to buy your small pack or a bottle or two (whatever is appropriate).
  4. Stop mentioning your company name on social media. The problem is big earners do this all the time because they have established a record of success so they don’t care who is turned off and quite frankly, they already have their business taken care of. YOU don’t have as big a following so you need to NOT raise resistance by talking about your company name but instead raise curiosity by educating people on health and wellness. When you mention your company name and you aren’t already a top earner, anyone that was interested will google it before they reach out to you and we know what happens when anyone googles anything…we are trained to look for negativity and will find the one guy in North Dakota that calls it a scam. Get them wondering what you are doing and up to and that will happen when you DON’T talk about your company name but instead talk education and benefits of your product without naming the product.
  5. BONUS TIP! See, we like to overdeliver! The fastest way for you to start getting people checking out your company is by connecting with people on social media. My wife is the social media trainer of the house and you can register for her training here if you would like. She teaches very simple methods to recruit and has helped THOUSANDS of people in health and wellness MLM companies (and other categories too) since 2010.

Want More?

Two quick questions for you
  1. Do you want me to talk more about health and wellness MLM marketing strategies?
  2. Are you in a health and wellness MLM and gotten benefit from my wife and my trainings over the years?
If you answered yes to either, be sure to comment below and let us know, we would appreciate it and also feel free to share this with your team!
